The Voices of Classic Rock return to the shores of Lake Minnetonka, Minnesota tomorrow to
celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Born Information Systems. The lakeside concert, at the estate of Born founder
and Internet entrepreneur Rick Born, will feature Starship's Mickey Thomas, Rainbow's (and Deep Purple's) Joe
Lynn Turner, Peter Rivera formerly of Rare Earth, Larry Hoppen of Orleans, Pablo Cruise's Dave Jenkins, and
the legendary Spencer Davis. The Voices will be followed on stage by Eagles icon Glenn Fry.
Born Information Systems is a corporate Internet consultancy,
specializing in the emerging world of e-commerce. "We help companies position themselves to best take advantage
of the web," explained Rick Born, "from configuring their hardware to consulting on their software. This
celebration is a way for us to say Thank You to those who make it happen."
Indeed, this decade-old company is a member of the Inc.
Magazine 500, and widely regarded as among the best privately held companies in the nation. Indeed, employee
loyalty and satisfaction is a key ingredient to Born's success. Tomorrow's concert will be attended by more
than 2,000 employees and guests (of employess) invited from Born Information Offices across the country.

"It's a show that we love to play," explained r o c k f o r e v e r . c o m
GM Charlie Schmitt. "We were privileged to play at Rick's 'Born on the Fourth of July' celebration last month,
and its a pleasure to return to help celebrate with he and his employees the success of their enterprise. And,
in addition to Glenn Fry being on the bill, we're thrilled that Mickey Thomas returns to our roster for this
show. Mick's had other summer obligations for our past three concerts...so you can be sure we'll be featuring his
Starship hits very prominently tomorrow! It's like the old days, again!"
In fact, Mickey and his Starship band (the musicians behind
the Voices) are going to great lengths, figuratively and literally, to perform by the lake at the Born Celebration.
Given their busy summer schedule, they will be leaving by private jet from Brandon, Canada, landing in Minneapolis
to play the show, and departing immediately by chartered jet to perform later Saturday evening in Michigan.
Mickey and his band will have played three shows in under 24 consecutive hours (given the time change between
east and west).
That embodies rock and roll dedication -- to the other members
of the Voices of Classic Rock, to our online venture, and to clients (such as Rick) who also become friends.
Log on Monday for updates, photos, and a new "Authorized Bootleg"
